Job Description

• To implement skill enhancement interventions and other livelihoods activities of various projects
• Identification and registration of training participants for agriculture-based and livestock based trainings
• Training need assessments (TNAs) to identify contextual needs for curriculum designing of trainings
• Networking and coordination with other stake holders of the project.
• Training resource finalization through IRP standard procurement procedures
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor and get feedback of the communities
• Follow up of the trainings for sustainability and results
• Provide technical guidance and back stopping.
• Any other task as and when assigned by the supervisor

Required Skills

Master degree in natural sciences (Agriculture or DVM) or in Social sciences 
1-2 years of relevant experience 
Good understanding of Social mobilization tools for assessment and implementation of activities 
Negotiation and conflict Resolution Skills. 
Personal management skills 
Human relationship skills 
An understanding of and commitment to Islamic Relief’s Values & Mission. 
Good Report Writing Skills.
